Approval on DingTalk / WeCom

Pending approvals can send work-notification cards to DingTalk or WeCom. Approvers open the H5 link on mobile without logging into the PC admin first.

Configure OAuth + notify credentials, enable erp_workflow_notify, bind WeCom UserId / DingTalk UnionId (or org sync), then whitelist business types as needed.
